Driven by the concept of “data as an asset,” SENTINEL continuously promotes the practical adoption of IO-Link protocol at the sensing level. These products feature remote configuration, real-time diagnostics, device identification, and fast maintenance, helping users build smarter industrial networks.

🔹 Fluid Detection Solutions

Targeting the monitoring of industrial liquid media, this series covers key parameters such as vortex flow, level, temperature, flow rate, and pressure. It offers multiple output modes and interactive display options, adaptable to complex on-site conditions.

🔹 Industrial Network Modules and IO-Link Systems

✅ LTH Series Level/Temperature 2-in-1 Sensor

Combines level and temperature monitoring, using magnetoresistive level detection and PT1000 temperature elements. Offers 5mm level accuracy and ±0.5°C temperature precision. Features PNP/NPN/push-pull outputs and IO-Link communication, with a 4-digit mirrored display. Flexible installation makes it ideal for lubrication systems, hydraulic units, and cooling loops.

✅ THH Series IO-Link Sensor

Designed for intelligent temperature control, the THH series uses a high-precision PT1000 sensing element with a -50°C to 150°C range and ±0.5°C accuracy. It supports both IO-Link V1.1 and 4-20mA analog outputs. Stainless steel construction and IP67 protection suit a wide range of equipment thermal management needs—vital for equipment health monitoring.

✅ ELPN-16SAP-L001 Adaptive IO Bus Module

A highly integrated 16-channel I/O module with built-in logic to identify hardware wiring type—no software configuration needed. Simply connect a cable to the designated port to automatically switch between input/output logic. Supports Profinet protocol with overload protection and opto-isolation, making it a core I/O hub for assembly lines and conveyors.

✅ SIOL-M12A-16SAx/EX Adaptive Expandable IO-Link Slave

A 16-channel digital input and 16-channel output IO-Link slave module, available in PNP or NPN versions. It features opto-isolation, overload protection, and scalability. Supporting IO-Link V1.1 at up to 230.4 kbit/s, and rated IP67 with resin-encapsulated circuitry for harsh environments. Its unique expandable M12 interface enables cascading multiple IO-Link slaves, forming a multi-level I/O architecture ideal for flexible manufacturing and smart factory networks.

✅ CIOL-2AI-SC Analog Input to IO-Link Converter

A critical interface for upgrading traditional analog devices to digital systems. Supports two channels of 4-20mA or 0-20mA analog input with ≤12-bit resolution and IO-Link communication. Directly connects to pressure, flow, and other analog sensors, enabling transparent data acquisition and remote management—ideal for “digital factory” transformation.
